About this course
Occupational therapy provides treatment for students with a physical, sensory or cognitive disability. A tutor in this subject will help improve a student’s motor skills, necessary for daily activities and school performance.
An occupational therapist will also help students improve hand-eye coordination, improve behavioral disorders by maintaining and reinforcing positive behavior in all environments, evaluate and communicate a child’s potential need for specialized equipment, and/or work with student’s who have trouble focusing or picking up social cues.
