Hello. This is my story.

I am a dedicated educator with a passion for empowering students through education and enriching their academic journeys. I hold an M.S. in Reading Education from Nova Southeastern University and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Florida Atlantic University. Throughout my tenure in Broward County since 2010, and I have taught a range of subjects with a specialization in Socials Studies and AICE Cambridge courses. I firmly believe in adapting my teaching method to accommodate the individual needs of students, employing a hands-on approach to foster active learning.


Beyond the classroom, I have served as a coach and advisor, contributing to the holistic development of students through roles such as head varsity coach and club sponsor. Having spent most of my life in South Florida, I have a deep connection to the community. Outside of teaching, you will often find me training for half marathons or immersed in a good book.
