Hello. This is my story.

I empower students to take control of their education by helping them
develop the skills and habits they need to become life-long learners. My
teaching methods have been sharpened by 15 years of teaching experience
at the diverse learning communities of Somerset Canyons High School,Palm
Beach State College and Florida Atlantic University. My students use a
combination of deductive, inductive, causal, and analogical reasoning to
crush the challenges that life throws their way.
The Department of Education in Tallahassee named me “High Impact
Teacher” 4 years in a row; Florida Atlantic University awarded me a
Writing Stipend in recognition of outstanding achievement to pursue my
Masters in Creative writing at their school and I graduated with honors
in the spring of 2009.
My unique talent is that because I have taught roughly the same number
of courses at the college and high school levels, I am very well aware
of the skill gaps facing incoming freshmen often making it impossible
for them to be successful in rigorous academic arenas. I make it a
personal goal to provide every student with these missing skills, such
as critical thinking and self-directed learning, so that they can be
successful in the next phase of their academic or professional careers.
I live in West Palm Beach and am available for virtual sessions Mondays
and Fridays 5am-5pm; Tuesday through Thursday 5am-midnight, Saturday
5am-6pm.
