I am proud of my ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities.
Hello. This is my story.
As a certified English teacher in the state of Florida, with over seven years of teaching experience, I have cultivated a passion for helping students develop their language skills and become confident communicators. In addition to teaching English, I have also taught Speech, Theater, and Art classes, which has given me a well-rounded perspective on the importance of interdisciplinary learning. Furthermore, I am well-versed in social emotional learning and understand the critical role it plays in helping students succeed both academically and personally. With a Bachelor’s degree in English and years of classroom teaching experience, I have honed my skills in developing innovative lesson plans that engage students in active learning and encourage them to think critically. I am proud of my ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel valued and supported, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities. Whether I am teaching literature, writing, or language skills, I am committed to helping each student reach their full potential. My experience has also enabled me to collaborate effectively with colleagues and administrators to design and implement school-wide initiatives that promote student success. I am excited about the opportunity to bring my skills and experience to Cender Scholars and to help students achieve their academic goals.
