As a teacher I understand that every child learns differently and if there is a will there is a way.

Hello. This is my story.

I graduated from Touro College with a Masters in Elementary Education and Exceptional Student Education. I have 7 years of teaching and tutoring experience. I am currently an ESE Support Services teacher for the subject areas of Math and Reading. I am Orton – Gillingham trained and specialize in teaching students with Dyslexia and other learning disabilities to read. However, I can tutor students in any subject from grades K-6. I believe in a multi–sensory approach. I work closely with students to keep them engaged for a better learning outcome.

As a teacher I understand that every child learns differently and if there is a will there is a way. As a teacher and tutor I make sure to find what works for the child to succeed. “If at first we don’t succeed, we’ll try again!”
